An exterior remodel transformed the appearance of this suburban dwelling from dated and flat, to a home with facades of captivating charm. The result is a lovely update with increased curb appeal.

The boxed windows adjacent to the entry door were enlarged and enhanced with decorative trim to anchor and balance the lower portion of the front elevation with the multiple windows above.

Seamed metal roofing was added to the single story portion of the house and seamed metal shed roofs were added to the main entry and garage doors, front boxed windows, and side bay window. These details camouflage the overhang on the front of the home while also enriching architectural dimension and interest.

Single paned windows were replaced with new multi-paned windows to further enhance the character of the home. Lastly a new color palette was incorporated to create a bright and enchanting look.
